Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship in the continental US only.

How long does shipping take?

All of our orders are handmade once the order is received. Please allow a minimum of two weeks to process and prepare the order. Once shipped you will be notified and expect your order to arrive soon after.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number.

How far ahead of my event should I place an order?

Our typical processing time for orders is two weeks minimum. In order for your products to arrive in a reasonable time for your event it is advised that you place your order at least a month before your event.

When placing your order please state the date of your event so we are aware and can do our best for it to arrive beforehand.

How should I care for my cup?

Hand wash ONLY. Do not let soak. Do not put in dishwasher. Do not put in microwave.

How should I care for my shirts?

Turn garment inside out. Machine wash on cold. No fabric softener. No bleach. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron over design.

Do you offer wholesale orders on your products?

What if I want a product not listed on your site?

We are always excited to work with our customers to create new and exciting products. Please message us and we will be more than happy to work together.

How do I return an item?

Unfortunately, since our items are custom made per order we do not offer returns. If there is an issue with your items please don't hesitate to reach out to us immadiately. Please see our return policy for further details.
